• Consultations must be made in advance and are required for haircuts, locs, hair extensions and hair coloring services. Please feel free to bring pictures of what you like with you! Pictures are one of the best ways to communicate your thoughts pertaining to the services you are requesting. 

  Do you need flexibility when scheduling your hair care services? 

• For your convenience, services can be scheduled beyond regular business hours.  A fifty-five dollar (per hour) convenience fee will be applied to these scheduled services. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

Please disclose health concerns, previous surgeries, medications and allergies that the stylist should be aware of prior to services rendered.  All information is kept confidential.

CHANGES, NO SHOWS, NON-CANCELLATIONS

• Things come up.  It is best for us and the salon that your changes and cancellations are communicated in a timely manner. When changing or cancelling your appointment, please notify us by phone, within two business days of your scheduled appointment. This will allow us time to make the necessary adjustments. A thirty-five dollar fee will be applied to the late/non-cancellation of scheduled service appointments.

• No shows, if frequent, will require a deposit totaling half the amount of the requested service in order to secure an appointment. Failing to provide a forty-eight hour notice of cancellation will forfeit the deposit.

FOR YOUR COMFORT 

The intimate environment of the salon is solely for clients with scheduled appointments.  Please refrain from bringing individuals with you if they are not being serviced.
